Frequently Asked Questions

How can I know the bitness of my Outlook?

For version 2007 and before, only 32 bit Outlook is available, so please download the 32 bit add-ins. For Outlook 2010, you can find the bitness under 'File'->'Help' (About Microsoft Outlook). For Outlook 2013, you can find the bitness under 'File'->'Office Account' (About Microsoft Outlook).

I have installed the add-in, but I can't find anything about it. What can I do?

First, you must restart your Outlook program to load the add-in. If the add-in still does not appear, the most possibility is you have installed a wrong bitness one. On 64 bit Windows, either 32 or 64 bit Outlook may be installed. You have to check the bitness of Outlook before install the add-ins and match the bitness between Outlook and our add-ins.

I have installed the wrong bitness one and want to reinstall the add-in with the correct bitness. What can I do?

First, you must remove the previous wrong installation. If you have the previous installer, right click it and run 'Uninstall' from the context menu. If you don't have the previous installer any more, please uninstall it from 'Control Panel'->'Program and Features' (Select the add-in and click 'Uninstall').

If I decide to buy the program, shall I reinstall a different one than the trial version?

No. All trial versions are fully functional except time limit. Simply enter the key you get and continue to use the program.
